FAQs

Ask us a question.

What does ’pulse’ mean?

Selecting the pulse setting will let your food processor run at optimum speed, as long as you hold the button on this position.

This function gives you best control over the processing, it is useful if  you need short bursts of power and can avoid over-processing.
The pulse  mode is for example useful for the following applications:
- Chopping delicate and soft food, e.g., eggs, onions or parsley.
- Carefully folding flour into dough or batter to maintain the creaminess.
- Adding whipped eggs or cream to more solid food.
