Remove the leaves of the radishes. Wash the radishes and shake them dry.
Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
Cut the radishes into very fine slices with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 Food Processor attachment using the thin slicing insert.
Stuff all the radish slices in the jar, add rosemary and pink peppercorn.
Mix honey, vinegar, sugar and salt together with warm water with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 whisk attachment until the salt and the sugar have dissolved.
Pour the mixture over the radishes and let them set for an hour.
Close the lid and give it as a gift.
The pickled radishes with rosemary, honey and pepper can be stored in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9175 XL). Prepare the recipe also with one of our other models such as Braun’s MultiQuick 7 (MQ 7075 X) or MultiQuick 5 Vario (MQ 5277 BK).
