Ingredients

Servings: 6
Makes:

1 tbsp vegetable oil
50 grams onion, quartered
1  garlic clove, crushed
150 grams beef mince
400 grams canned tomatoes
400 grams canned red kidney beans, drained
300 ml vegetable stock, unsalted, made with 1 stock cube
1  yellow pepper, chopped
2 tbsp tomato purée
1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground


Instructions

STEP 1/5

Chop the onions using the chopper accessory.
(Tip:Onions and garlic are optional, depending on baby’s preferences.)

STEP 2/5

Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.

STEP 3/5

Add the beef and fry for another 5 minutes until browned.

STEP 4/5

With your MultiQuick 7 hand blender purée the tomatoes in a bowl and then stir in the kidney beans, yellow pepper and tomato purée.

STEP 5/5

Pour everything into the pot, bring to boil and simmer gently for 20-25 minutes.
