1 σκελίδα σκόρδο, peeled
1 μικρό αγγούρι, peeled & diced
1 μικρό κόκκινη πιπεριά τσίλι, sliced (optional)
1 κ.γ. μαύρο σουσάμι
0.5 κ.σ. σάλτσα σόγιας
0.5 κ.γ. σησαμέλαιο
100 γραμμάρια τουρσί τζίντζερ
2 as needed αβοκάντο, halved, destoned, peeled & chopped
2 as needed κρεμμύδια, finely chopped
2 κ.σ. mirin
2 κ.σ. yuzu juice, or orange juice
250 γραμμάρια edamame beans
300 γραμμάρια σούσι ρύζι, cooked
300 μλ grape seed oil
350 γραμμάρια λάχανο rad, finely sliced
350 γραμμάρια fresh salmon, sushi grade, skinned & diced
 as needed ginger root, peeled & sliced
 as needed coriander leaves, to garnish
0.5 το χυμό τους λάιμ

Instructions

STEP 1/4

For the dressing, place all the ingredients except the red chillies, in Braun’s MultiQuick 9087X Hand blender food processor accessory (1,5l) and blend to emulsify. Add the sliced red chillies and season to taste.

STEP 2/4

Layer the cooked rice, cucumber, spring onions, edamame beans, red cabbage, avocado and diced salmon in a take away container.

STEP 3/4

Garnish with pickled ginger, coriander leaves and black sesame seeds. Keep well chilled until required.

STEP 4/4

When you are ready to serve; add 2 tablespoons of the dressing, mix well and enjoy.
