Avocado toast med blødkogt æg

Ingredienser
  • 4 skiver brød
  • 1 moden avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 4 mellemstore æg
  • Salt
  • Peber

Forberedelse
  1. Fjern avocadoen fra skallen og finpurér med limejuice, salt og peber ved hjælp af Brauns MQ 9 stavblender.
  2. Til det blødkogte æg, kog en liter vand og prik et lille hul i æggene på skallenes runde sider med en ægpiercer. Dette reducerer risikoen for revnedannelse.
  3. Anbring forsigtigt æggene med en ske i det kogende vand og kog dem til de er blødkogte i ca. 5 minutter. Tag æggene op, og skyl dem under koldt vand.
  4. Indstil Brauns ID Breakfast Collection-brødrister til niveau 4, og rist brødskiverne, indtil de er gyldenbrune.
  5. Spred derefter straks skiverne med avocadocremen.
  6. For at servere skal du placere de halverede æg på skiverne af toast og drys med salt og peber og dryp med lidt limesaft.

Moka al cioccolato bianco

Ingredienti
  • 80 ml di sciroppo di cioccolato bianco
  • 4 tazze di caffè infuso
  • 800 ml di latte
  • 250 ml di panna da montare

Preparazione

  1. Prima di tutto, montare la panna a neve ferma e riempire una tasca da pasticcere.
  2. Riscaldare il latte in un pentolino.
  3. Mettere lo sciroppo di cioccolato bianco nei bicchieri e versare sopra il caffè caldo preparato con la macchina per caffè ID Breakfast Collection di Braun utilizzando l’impostazione per 4 tazze.
  4. Ora riempire i bicchieri con il latte caldo. Se gli ingredienti non si miscelano da soli, basterà una semplice mescolata. Ora guarnire la moka al cioccolato bianco con la panna montata e servire immediatamente.

  • 2 arance fresche
  • 1 limone fresco
  • 150 ml di succo di mela
  • 1 cucchiaino di fruttosio
  • Cubetti di ghiaccio

Preparazione

  1. Pelare le arance e il limone, inserirli nello scivolo del PureEase SJ 3100 di Braun e lavorare a velocità 1.
  2. Versare il succo fresco in un bicchiere e aggiungere il succo di mela e lo zucchero.
  3. Mescolare bene e aggiungere i cubetti di ghiaccio.
  4.
