Ingredients

Servings: 1
Makes:

250 ml plant-based milk, or coconut water
1  avocado
60 grams baby spinach, fresh
250 grams frozen mango, pieces
40 grams blueberries, to garnish
20 grams coconut flakes, unsweetened

Instructions

STEP 1/2

Peel and deseed the avocado and blend together with the plant-based milk, spinach and frozen mango in Braun’s MultiQuick 9 jug blender attachment until creamy.

STEP 2/2

Place in a bowl and top with blueberries and coconut flakes.

Tip: A smoothie bowl consists of at least one part frozen fruit or vegetables. Fruits such as pineapple, bananas, mangos, berries and peaches or vegetables such as avocado, spinach, kale, kohlrabi, salad or gherkins give the bowl a particularly fine and firm consistency. Those only just starting to experiment with different tastes should keep the vegetable content low and increase it gradually. The vegetables are mixed with juices, plant-based milk or dairy products such as yoghurt etc. You can use sweeteners such as nut butter, honey or vegan alternatives. As topping you can use nuts, berries, chopped fruit, nut butter, coconut flakes, chia seeds or granola.
Very ripe fruit is great for freezing and can be used later for a smoothie bowl.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9147X).
Prepare the recipe also with one of our other models, such as Braun's MultiQuick 7 (MQ 7045X) or Braun's MultiQuick 5 Vario (MQ 5245 WH).
