1  ciabatta
6 tbsp. olive oil
  salt
  pepper

For the goats cheese, carrots, nuts, figs & honey bruschetta
1  carrot, small, or 1/2 a large carrot
10 grams walnuts
4 tbsp. soft goats cheese
2  figs
2 tsp. honey

For the tomatoes, basil, mozzarella & balsamic bruschetta
1  tomato
1 ball mozzarella
2 stalks basil
2 tsp. balsamic glaze

For the Greek style salad bruschetta
1/2  red onion
1/2  cucumber, mini
1  plum tomato
30 grams feta
2 tsp. oregano


Instructions

STEP 1/16

Preheat the oven to 200° C. 

STEP 2/16

Slice the baguette, brush with olive oil and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes.

STEP 3/16

For the goats cheese, carrots, nuts, figs & honey bruschetta: peel the carrot and shred finely in the Mini food processor with the fine shredding insert on speed level 25.

STEP 4/16

Coarsely chop the nuts in the Chopper attachment on speed level 21.

STEP 5/16

Wash and quarter the figs.

STEP 6/16

Spread 4 slices of baguette with the soft goats cheese.

STEP 7/16

Spread the grated carrot on the goats cheese, place the figs on top, sprinkle with nuts and garnish with honey.

STEP 8/16

For the tomato, basil, mozzarella & balsamic bruschetta: wash the tomato and chop in the Chopper with size control bowl on speed level 5 - 6. Empty the Chopper.

STEP 9/16

Chop the mozzarella into pieces in the Chopper with size control bowl on speed level 17.

STEP 10/16

Pluck the basil from the stems.

STEP 11/16

Place the mozzarella on 4 slices of baguette. Spread the chopped tomato on top, garnish with basil and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

STEP 12/16

For the Greek style salad bruschetta: peel the onion. Wash the cucumber and the tomato.

STEP 13/16

Slice the onion and the cucumber one after the other in the MultiQuick 5 Pro Mini food processor attachment with fine slicing insert on speed level 21.

STEP 14/16

Chop the tomato in the Chopper with size control bowl on speed level 5 - 6. Drain the liquid if necessary.

STEP 15/16

Mix tomato, cucumber and onion to a salad.

STEP 16/16

Spread the salad on 4 slices of baguette, top with feta, garnish with oregano and season to taste with salt & pepper.
