Ingredients

300.0 grams frozen raspberries
100.0 grams coconut flesh
250.0 ml coconut milk
2.0 tbsp. icing sugar
2.0 tbsp. water
2.5 drops rose water


Instructions

STEP 1/3

Place all the ingredients in the beaker and blend with the Braun MQ 9 hand blender until smooth. Even frozen raspberries or hard coconut flesh can be easily blended due to the up and down movement of the innovative shaft which results in 250% more active cutting surface to work with.*

STEP 2/3

Pour into sections of a lolly mould tray or into individual lolly moulds. Add the sticks or lids and freeze overnight until firm.

STEP 3/3

Run the moulds under hot water to loosen the lollies and then remove from the moulds. Serve immediately.
