1.0 bunch dill
1.0 tbsp. mustard
1.0 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2.0 tbsp. rapeseed oil
100.0 ml whipped cream
 to taste iodized salt
 to taste white pepper
0,5 teaspoon sugar
1.0  cucumber

Instructions

STEP 1/3

Remove the onion, cut into large pieces and 5 baby MQ 20 chopper attachment only coarsely chop the Multiquick. Wash the dill, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and add to the onions. Both chop in Multiquick 5 Baby MQ 20 chopper attachment fine.

STEP 2/3

Add the mustard, vinegar, vegetable oil and cream and 5 Baby MQ mix with the Multiquick chopper attachment 20 short. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.

STEP 3/3

Wash the cucumber, remove ends, peel and cut into slices. Using the spatula, mix the salad dressing with cucumber slices in a salad bowl.
