Dice the potatoes and tofu with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 food processor attachment using the dicing insert.
Peel the onion, cut into quarters and chop it finely with the 500ml chopper attachment.
Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the potato cubes in it for about 15 minutes on medium to high heat.
Add the onion and tofu cubes and fry for about 10 minutes until crispy all over.
Add thyme to the potatoes and season to taste with salt and pepper. Turn the heat to low to keep warm.
Heat oil in a second pan and fry eggs as desired.
