Détails d'expédition
Nous nous occuperons de l’expédition de votre commande dès que votre achat sera effectué. Vous recevrez un e-mail de confirmation d'expédition comprenant votre lien de suivi de livraison consultable directement sur le site Web du transporteur.
La livraison standard est gratuite pour les commandes supérieures à 35 € tandis que des frais de livraison de 6 € seront appliqués pour les commandes inférieures à ce montant.
Le délai de livraison dépend des produits commandés, des adresses et des modes d'expédition. En période de soldes ou de promotions, les expéditions peuvent prendre un peu plus de temps que prévu.
N'oubliez pas de fournir une adresse de livraison résidentielle et un numéro de téléphone valide lors de votre commande.
Attention, il n'est pas possible de livrer vos commandes à l'étranger.
Pour des raisons de sécurité, les produits suivants seront livrés exclusivement par expédition standard : climatiseurs portables, déshumidificateurs et détartrants.
Il n'y a pas de livraison en étage
Returns
Customer satisfaction is something we take very seriously.
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items purchased on our Official website within 30 days from their shipment for a full refund of their purchase price.
How to proceed:
Please observe the following steps:
1.a Access to your private account area (for registered members)
1.b Access to the order page sent by email (for guest members)
2. Click the RETURN button on the top right of the page
3. Select the product you want to return
4. Download the pre-paid return label and document
5. Put the return document inside the parcel and close the box (the products have to be returned in their original packaging)
6. Stick the UPS return label on the box
7. Either take the parcel to the nearest UPS station and drop it off or book a home pick up for free
(For home pick up please contact UPS by the official company phone line or website)
The tracking back will be shown and updated on your order confirmation page.
Please mind that pre-paid return labels can be used within 30 days from your return request date.
If you choose a different delivery service for your return, we kindly ask you to note that return shipping cost will be defined by the courier at customers’ expense and we will not be able to track your parcel and to keep you updated on the return status.
We will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss that occurs to those goods after they're delivered to you.
What to add inside the return parcel
In case of a return, please add all the following items inside the original box and parcel:
- The unused product in their original condition and packaging
- Accessories included inside the original box
- Anything else received with the products (this includes free gifts and discount vouchers)
- Warranty Paper
- User manual
Refunds
All refunds will occur via the original payment method used within 14 days from the receipt of the goods.
