Fonction saisie

Les séries MultiGrill 9 et MultiGrill 9 Pro possède la fonction saisie. En appuyant sur le bouton sear, votre appareil va augmenter sa puissance pendant quelques minutes pour atteindre les 265°C. Cette fonction est idéale pour saisir l’extérieur de la viande en début de cuisson et pour la garder tendre et juteuse à l’intérieur. Après avoir saisi les aliments, l'appareil règlera sa puissance pour retrouver la température initialement enregistrée.
