What should I do if there is a shipping issue or I receive damaged goods?

In the event that DeLonghi processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact customer support via webchat between Monday and Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am -12.30pm. and we will guide you through the process.
