50 grams leek
200 grams carrots
80 grams couscous
2 tbsp. olive oil
50 grams ground beef
200 grams carrots
200 ml vegetable stock


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Wash the leek, clean and cut into large pieces. Wash the carrots, peel and cut into large slices. Both Multiquick 5 Baby MQ chop 20 chopper attachment fine.

STEP 2/2

Heat the oil in a small, high frying pan and brown the meat in it. Add chopped vegetables and couscous and with the broth (200 ml) deglaze. let cook for about 5 at a low level to 10 minutes the whole.


the baby still needs pulp consistency, you can give the whole in the blender jar and blend with the Multiquick 5 hand blender baby.
